To all Farmers Cooperative Patrons,
As we continue to monitor the everchanging COVID-19 situation, I want to reach out to our customers and let you know Farmers Cooperative is doing our part to mitigate the spread and severity of the situation. We are implementing appropriate protocol, most of which is recommended by our public health officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
During this time of uncertainty, we want you to know that we are here to serve you in every way possible and are doing all we can to minimize possible disruptions. However, we may ask that we conduct business a little differently with you than we have in the past. Rest assured, we will do all we can to serve you in the manner in which you have come to expect from Farmers Cooperative.
We continue to provide all services that we have always provided and plan to continue to do so. We are ready for the spring season with a large portion of our seed, chemical, and fertilizer products staged in our warehouses and ready to be picked up, delivered, or applied to your fields. One of the benefits of Farmers Cooperative being the size that we are today is the number of locations we have to serve you. If an outbreak occurs at a location and the employees must be quarantined, we will be able to provide services at a nearby location with little disruption.
Again, our goal is to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, with our priority being to keep our employees, customers, and our communities healthy. For this, we are asking that we conduct as much business over the phone with you as possible. We enjoy our walk-in customers, but during this time, we feel it is necessary to limit personal contact. We will be happy to scan or mail documents to you when needed.
If you should have any questions, please reach out to your Farmers Cooperative location manager or feel free to contact me.
We thank you for your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
